Software supports accurate modeling of scattering surfaces
LightTools 6.1 includes a Ray Path feature that identifies what system elements are contributing to light loss, scatter, unintentional reflections, or ghost images, a library of BSDF data of reflective materials, and a support for gradient index (GRIN) lenses.
